Coming in 2025

This program is an experiential journey into mindfulness and a clear path to learning how to engage in contemplative practices in your life as a gifted adult. It is ideal for those who want to learn how to slow down (in a gifted-friendly way!), develop gifted-sensitive approaches to mindfulness to support their intensity and complexity, get in deeper touch with their gifted selves, and embody new possibilities for authentic self-expression and connection.

Originally our Foundations program, this journey has been carefully crafted over almost a decade to weave spiritual wisdom traditions, modern psychology and gifted/2e experience in ways that are relevant to the gifted journey. It is led by GMC founder Kelly Pryde, PhD as a deep dive into the LACE and FLOW frameworks she has developed as transformative pathways for gifted living at this time in our world.  â€‹

Through six bi-weekly live group gatherings, we co-create a compassionate space to explore contemplative practices such as mindfulness meditation, embodied active imagination, reflective inquiry and expressive art in ways that meet the unique intensity, complexity and drive of gifted adults. We use a relational mindfulness approach to discussion to foster deep listening and gifted psychological visibility–being seen, heard, understood and appreciated in the depths of one’s expression. The gifted mirroring inherent in this process is deeply transformative in restoring a sense of belonging, relationality, and gifted wholeness.

More details on the dates and cost of the program are forthcoming. If you are interested in getting on the waitlist for our 2025 offering, please contact us:

If you've tried all the popular meditation apps, yoga classes, blogs, practices, videos, and studios, thinking you know mindfulness (and don't "do it well"), think again!

This course takes mindfulness to the next level. For the first time ever, I felt validated for having many thoughts and feelings, without being told to "think of nothing." It was refreshing to get mirrored by the participants, and realize how our gifted brains work in different ways but that nothing is wrong with us :)

Kelly's FLOW and LACE frameworks provided a deep understanding of how and what mindfulness really is, and how to apply it in a way that works for my unique brain, body, and mood. I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to truly transform their relationship with mindfulness.
